Affiliate Disclosure & Editorial Policy

Some articles on ITOpsSignal contain affiliate links to third-party ITSM and help desk vendors. How affiliate links work on this site. Outbound links to vendor pricing or signup pages may be routed through an affiliate network - currently PartnerStack - which attributes the referral to ITOpsSignal and pays a commission if it results in a qualifying signup, according to that vendor's program terms. This tracking only identifies that the referral came from ITOpsSignal; it does not collect any personal information about you beyond what you separately choose to submit to the vendor's own site.

Editorial independence. Whether a tool has an affiliate relationship with us has no bearing on whether we cover it, how we rate it, or what we say about it. We evaluate every product against the same criteria - real-world setup, day-to-day usability, pricing transparency, and fit for IT teams specifically - before any commercial relationship is considered. Ratings, pros/cons, and recommendations reflect our independent hands-on assessment, not the size of a commission. We cover plenty of tools with no affiliate relationship at all, and we call out real weaknesses in tools we do have a relationship with.

No influence on rankings. We do not accept payment in exchange for a favorable review, a higher rating, or placement in a comparison. Affiliate commissions, when present, are earned only if a reader independently decides to sign up after reading our analysis.
